About Us
I discovered vintage costume jewelry quite by accident. I fell in love with a woman who eats, drinks and sleeps jewelry. I soon joined her in her jewelry hunts and found that I have an uncanny knack for finding it (or does it find me?). I found that I love the hunt as much as she does! Until recently all of the jewelry I found went on my wife's website, Granny's Jewelry Box. She had purchased this domain a while ago and started on it, then kind of dropped it, never getting past the policies and things of that nature. With some gentle nudging I was able to convince her that it should be mine, or at least ours. I revised some of those policies to suit my way of doing things and through a joint effort we finally went live in June of 2008. Though I've only been a part of the jewelry scene for the last 10 years my wife has been in the business since 1992 and started selling online in 1995. We make a great team! We spend as much time as possible searching for fabulous jewelry to share with our fellow addicts. The only thing that makes us happier than finding a special piece for my wife is finding one for you! We strive to provide excellent customer service with quick shipping and a liberal return policy. We would love to add your name to our list of satisfied customers.We are happy to answer questions about the jewelry we offer for sale, but due to time constraints we are unable to offer assistance in identifying or appraising your items.
